Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Falcon Robotics has partnered with Dronomy to bring to market a new, innovative drone platform, Shaheen, which will launch during the UMEX 2020 event in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from 23rd to 25th February. This latest technology demonstrates high precision and flying capabilities using only machine vision in GPS denied environments.

Unlike other comparable software on the market, Shaheen maintains its remarkable precision flying capabilities without using a Global Positioning System. Instead, it only relies on state-of-the-art machine vision to obtain a degree of exactness in flying that was previously reserved for drones with enabled GPS. This capability is essential for navigational considerations in GPS denied environments. Shaheen is currently being considered by an aircraft manufacturer in Europe, and potential customers are putting the product through extensive testing to determine its full capabilities.
